EARLY-BIRD registration discount extended! Now available through September 14th.

If you are interested in attending and participating in the PNWIS 2023 Annual Conference, please register using the link below (external link). Discounts on registration are available for A&WMA members and students. The registration link provides the following:

  • Full and single-day conference registration options
  • Professional Development Course registration (requires an additional fee and registration)
  • Sponsorship payment and registration (please contact the Sponsorship chair for alternative registration and payment options).
  • Exhibitors payment and registration ((please contact the Exhibitors chair for alternative registration and payment options).
Additional Details:
  • “Full Registration” includes access to all conference sessions and events. Note, the full registration does not include the Professional Development Workshop though — a separate additional registration for the workshop is available.
  • Discounts offered to A&WMA Members — please consider joining! See the link to the A&WMA membership page (click here)
  • Additional luncheons, Exhibitor Reception, and Gala tickets are available to those who would like to bring guests.
  • Students may register at the student rate which includes access to all conference sessions and events, including the Thursday night Gala. 
  • Please Note: Thursday-only registration does not include the Gala. Gala tickets are available to purchase separately, if you are only attending Thursday.
  • Complimentary registrations are included in specific exhibitor and sponsorship packages.

**registration troubleshooting: 

  • If you are having problems submitting the registration form, please make sure you have provided an answer for all of the required boxes, including “dietary restrictions,” (answer “none”, if applicable).
  • We currently still have the ‘early bird’ option up on the registration link and are working to have it removed — we are past the early bird cut-off date, so please do not use this option to register or PNWIS will need to send you an invoice for the additional funds.

Conference Registration Fee Summary:

(note: full conference registration and pricing does not include the Professional Development course — registration for the course requires an additional fee; see below)

  • Early bird full registration (before Sept. 15th):
  • Student registration (full conference):  $150 
  • Full registration (after Sept. 14th):
  • Professional Development Course (with full conf. registration): $150
  • Professional Development Course (if not attending the conference): $225
  • Single day registration available (Wednesday, Friday: $165) (Thursday: $225) 
  • Additional lunch event and Gala event tickets available for guests also – pricing varies, refer to pricing directly in the registration portal above.
