Conference Registration Fee Summary:

• Early bird full registration (available up to September 30):
  • A&WMA Member (click here to join or renew):    $495
  • Non-member: $545
• Student registration (full conference):  $150 
• Full registration (after September 30th):
  • A&WMA Member (click here to join or renew): $545
  • Non-member: $595
• Single day registration available (Wednesday, Friday: $165) (Thursday: $225) 
• Speaker Discount (available for full registration only) – $50
  • Must be a confirmed speaker and receive discount code from technical chair prior to registration to receive discount. Refunds for discount will not be given.
• Additional lunch event and Gala event tickets available for guests also – pricing varies, refer to pricing directly in the registration portal above.  

No refunds of registration fees or lunch/gala tickets will be given. Transfer of registration is possible.
