Court Cases and Regulatory Developments You Should Know About
Wednesday July 10th, 2024 5-7 pm
You are invited to join the A&WMA Oregon Chapter on Wednesday, July 10th from 5 to 7 pm for the Annual Legal Update. This event was rescheduled. Jeffrey Hunter with Perkins Coie and Laura Kerr from Stoel Rives will bring the past year’s legal and regulatory cases into context in this popular annual presentation. Topics include recent decisions and regulations related to CERCLA, CWA, CAA, RCRA, NEPA, and other environmental laws.
This event is back in person at the lovely Perkins Coie office in downtown Portland. Refreshments will be provided. There will also be call-in information provided for those who are unable to make it in person. Please register by 7/8/24.
