Welcome to the A&WMA Idaho Chapter Page.

The Idaho Chapter of PNWIS has been a proud active chapter of the A&WMA for many years. Most of our membership is based in the Boise area, but we represent members from all corners of the State.

The Idaho Chapter most recently hosted the PNWIS Annual Conference in 2022, held in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Also, In 2017 the Chapter hosted the Annual Conference in Boise.

Welcome to the Pacific Northwest International Section (PNWIS) of the Air & Waste Management Association (A&WMA). We are YOUR professional organization that offers a neutral forum for the exchange of ideas and knowledge in environmental management and associated fields. PNWIS and its chapters offer a host of opportunities for networking, education, and open discussion. PNWIS proudly serves a broad region comprised of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, British Columbia and the Yukon Territory. Within this region we have both professional chapters and student chapters to serve your needs. Our membership consists of professionals from a wide range of sectors including government, industry, consulting, academia, and students.
