Legal Update Webinar – Court Cases and Regulatory Developments You Should Know About

Ilene Munk with Foley & Mansfield and Jeffrey Hunter with Perkins Coie will bring the past year’s legal and regulatory cases into context in this popular annual presentation. Topics include recent decisions and regulations related to CERCLA, CWA, CAA, RCRA, NEPA, and other environmental laws. The event will be held as a webinar and divided over two days. New this year, we are applying for CLE credits for this program.
Wednesday, June 23rd, noon- 1:00 PM– Will cover legal and regulatory cases involving the CERCLA, TSCA, Clean Air Act, Cap and Trade, and CAO.
Wednesday, June 30th, noon-1:00 PM- Will cover legal and regulatory cases involving the Clean Water Act, RCRA, NEPA, and ESA.
