WA Dept of Ecology is Hiring a Lead PSD Engineer

The Air Quality Program (AQP) within the Department of Ecology is looking to fill a Lead PSD Permit Engineer (Environmental Engineer 5) position. This position is located in their Headquarters Office in Lacey, WA. Upon hire, you will be expected to live within a commutable distance from the duty station.

As the Lead PSD Permit Engineer, you will provide a variety of modeling, emissions inventory and related analytical services to the Air Quality Program (AQP). You will lead the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permitting activities for the agency and work to ensure that permits are issued in a timely manner, and in accordance with federal and state statutes and regulations. You’ll also provide program-wide leadership in project management, communication, training and mentoring responsibilities.

Salary:  $88,416.00 – $118,932.00 Annually
