Qualified candidates will have 0 to 5 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry and a B.S. or M.S. in civil/environmental/chemical engineering, geology, hydrogeology, environmental science, or related scientific field. Registration as an EIT/GIT or PE/LG is also preferred. Experience in hazardous waste investigation and management is preferred. Knowledge and experience with State and Federal environmental regulations in the Pacific Northwest is preferred. 40-hour Hazwoper Health and Safety training preferred, but not necessary. Strong technical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
