Angela Hansen, Montrose Air Quality Services (MAQS), moderated a lively panel discussion for Session 2 of the PNWIS Source Testing webinar series. Our three expert panelists focused on testing and test observation. This included scheduling and preliminary activity, source operating conditions, source testing procedures, data collection/recording, issues & responses and roles/responsibilities. Numerous questions and comments provided by audience members provided an opportunity for the panel to expand discussion on topics key to testing and test observation. The panel provided different perspectives with Suzanne Blackburn, Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, representing the regulatory Agency perspective, Steve Mackey, Nippon Dynawave Packaging, representing a regulated facility, and Kelly Dorsi, Bison Engineering, representing a testing services contractor.
Our last panel session will be on November 4, 2020, 9 am – noon PST. The discussion will focus on report content and review.
